Just paid my tuition…I love shopping online…I shopped for my education…hmm…since I used my computer I think I can write the bandwidth off…excellent…
Have you ever thought about where our money goes? like really goes? I figure this is how it works:
-
Money goes to bank
-
UW money people goto Bank
-
Big pile o’money made in Needless (that’s right…needless)
-
Mr. Johnson jumps into pile of money from a ladder…
-
Deans arrive and complain that he should’ve waited
-
Money is raked

I made up a little list of what Microsoft would have to pay me for the following items (costs in USD):
Run around with a Microsoft T-shirt for 1 day: $1,000
Tatoo for 1 year on my arm: $70,000 + cost of laser removal of tatoo
Run around with Microsoft T-shirt for 1 week (new one each day): $5,000 + $10 for lots of soap to get that smell yuckiness off of me
To insert the word ‘Microsoft’ into every conversation I participate in for 1 month: $50,000
To only say the word ‘Microsoft’ for 1 day:

Yes, it should be big news by now but if you didn’t know:
Microsoft Canada donated $2.3 million CDN to UW engineering.
E&CE students will now have to use C#.
Strange init? There’s a lot of problems with this, the most obvious being that the students can only use MS to do their assignments and will need Visual Studio .NET
Any how, MS tried to do that to CS as well but the smart folks there haven’t commited to anything yet: minutes to a meeting
If you’re at UW and you don’t like what’s going

That whole UW selling out to MS is a big joke…this isn’t going to go over well for quite a while…http://uwstudent.org/msstory.html
Words can’t explain how much this sucks…oh wait: THIS REALLY SUX
Visit this URL (it gets its own window, that’s the importance): letter to CS

The last of my cousins, who were over, just left…my room is a mess and I gotta get all the cables all properified. There’s nerf guns, toy guns, plastic bullets, darts, network cables, network cards, wireless cards and what not lying all over the place…but I gotta head to work now and get some hardcore work done…

somebody is hitting the insensitive clod vote again and again…since I don’t actually run the server this site resides on, I can’t do much about spoofed IP addresses
so, here’s how it’s going to work, I saw 6 legit votes for ‘you insensitive clod’ in 4 days, so I’m going to just use simple variable calculus to extend and project what the final vote would have been and just eliminate all the extra clod votes.
So, to recap, that high number of insensitive clod votes are now m00t, but,

Here’s the rather boring sequence of the convo…but I know a few hardcores out there will like it.

Hi there (let’s keep things friendly),
I got a phone call from my ISP today that says I had a movie on my server

I have a coding and development

With some of the people mentioned in the vote out of town, I’ve decided to extend the vote by 2 days. So until Sunday. This should give them ample oppurtunity to catch up.

Ok, I promised ya’ll some content for today…bit of a story behind the content:
I was on my way back from Guelph when I decided that I wanted to talk and sing, but not alone, consider yourselves invisible passengers in this 18 part mini series created specially for your enjoyment. Please note, this was fun to make.

I was driving back from Guelph when I decided to record me talking to thin air…the 12 meg file that resulted will be available soon (broken into smaller chunks).
I have it from good authority (cousin and sister) that the recordings are highly embarrasing…all the better. They will be available without anything being cut out…unedited and unrated. Coming soooon.

Jepson has taken the lead in the polls and I think it’ll continue to grow late into the week. Here’s how the polls work:

If the cookie is found then the poll results are shown.
If the cookie is not found then the IP address is checked.
If the IP address is not found then the poll is shown, otherwise the results are shown.
Now…the IP is placed in a database and it expires over

Another poorly written article by me…
As fat and greedy baseball players began urgent talks to end the threat of a strike, many a fan noticed that they really don’t care anymore and perhaps they should just “go outside and play soccer” as one annoyed gentleman put it.
Yes, baseball has lost all its glamour as its players continue to think that they play an important role in society. Even chewing tobacco companies have lost faith in the players, “We’ve found that tobacco works great as

Turns out it was Mediaforce that did the replying…more on them soon and me talking to them =)
PS: I’ll have a transcript of my convo with the folks at the MPAA
Posted on: 16:42:37 12-08-2002 by tushar
I’ve been sending email to the folks over there and they’ve been replying promptly. In fact, they person I’m talking to is quite polite…but that’s probably because they have to.

(update, please read the news articles futher down before commenting on this one)
My ISP called me up minutes ago and told me that the MPAA had officially filed a complaint against me. Now get this, the complaint is for having Harry Potter on my computer. I’m not sure if it’s the movie or book or whatever but I did a search on various (individual) items on my computer and here are the results (these are strict searches, as in it searches for that word on its own):
Harry Potter (0 results)
