This site is currently programmed using Go, HTMX, Templ, and TailwindCSS. It is deployed to AWS using CDK and served through CloudFront with lambda functions generating the pages. It is intended to be a low cost dynamic site vs running a full server. The site will evolve over time as I add more features and content.

The original site (early 2000s) was programmed in PHP 4.0 and was run on an Apache 1.3 server. From there it moved to more modern PHP systems before running on Wordpress for a few years. The site was then moved to a static site generator (Hugo) before being moved to this current system.

I like the look of the second version of the site I had made in ~2004 and have tried to keep the look and feel of that site in this current version with a few visual tweaks and improvements. There's something to be said about nostalgia recreated in a modern system.
