The dark brown cloud of stupidity continues to grow as CatTV will be launched soon (article at cnn). As if we didn’t have enough stupid shows, a TV program aimed at cat ladies and their cats has been launched.
Does the world really need such a show? Do cats even care? If there’s 85 million cats in 35 million households number of people who are going to turn over their TV to the cats so that they can watch the show will range between 100 and 0.
How do I come to this number?

k…definetly going to do the poll thing tonight.
The deal with it is that I have to record the IP address and then remove it from a queue every couple minutes. To do that I have to have some sort of timer mechanism.
In other news: The webcam is up and working great…the timer mechanism grabs the picture from my home machine and puts it here so that I don’t increase traffic at my home machine and you always get the latest available image.
Hmm…so apparently I do have a timer mechanism 😛

Yeah…I usually do a subspace update at this time.
Had a really strange game…went into an empty arena (cause I arrived just after a big jackpot had finished) and there were 4 of us total (so it wasn’t empty :P).
Anyways…Jedi and I found all the flags and won a 4 million jackpot. Wasn’t much but it gets me back into the game.

I have to implement a bunch of things on this site but I have to put Projects up. I will put media up as well as a poll but that entails a bit more work (making sure of no multiple votes and such).

A YHNH update. It’s one of my projects (@ starshipdreams.com) and I’ve just finished the base system.
You can now build, raze, train, release, and attack. Have a few more things to implement but at least it’s working =)

They reset the scores in the realm today…didn’t make the big 100 mil…but I did make it up there.
Today I played only one game…we won it too…currently ranked 30th, my squad is ranked 13th. I’m also trying to keep my w/l record close to 1. Thing is that I tend to suicide wall a lot for my team (using myself as a shield so that another player can ping off 3 of 4 guys…that kinda thing).
All good though…it’s the beginning and only 2 or 3 jackpots have been made so far.

I added the webcam. It updates every 2 minutes or so (there’s a strange setup I got goin here with it residing on the server somewhat).
Also, I hear the birds now so it’s time to nap before a new day of stuff…

huuuuuuuuge 32 million jackpot on Subspace today…that’s a huge rank increase (for s000re)…I hope they don’t reset the scores any time soon as I’m at 96.5 million and I need 4 mil to get the triple digits and be in with the bigz…but then I don’t play as much as the bigz and some of the bigz are kids on summer vacation…but then a lot of the bigz are college students who don’t care if they fail…

I’ve got one exam today…only one…and I think it’s going to be very easy. I know it pretty well and it’s multiple choice =)
