I was watching some vidz of Trance Energy from Holland (February 16th, 2002) and you can tell that half the people there are on some sort of drugs…it’s pretty insane.
You’ll see people dancing like mad (out of control) and then you’ll see a guy standing there just looking at his feet.

Other than that, the video is pretty well done.

Woooo…I’ve converted the commenting system to a forum type system.

There is support for private forums so if you need one setup then let me know…

Also, you should register if you want to post to certain forums.

don’t need cheerleaders. This isn’t a post to tarnish the reputation of cheerleaders; rather, it is a post to discuss why exactly certain sports need cheerleaders.

Many sports that are boring seem to have some sort of sideshow. I will group mascots into the cheerleading group because that’s what mascots at baseball games do…they lead cheers.

A crowd watching a real game shouldn’t be told what to do, rather they should have the spirit from watching the game to start their own cheers.

to Liam…congrats d00d…you’re finally grown up

As per request I am creating a commenting section for the fairplay campaign (until I finish writing the forum).

As you’ll notice on the left (in the login area)…you can now register on this site.

Why should you register? Well, first off, hmm…I don’t know, but I’ll figure it out, I was planning on allowing moderating of the comments which were going to be transformed into a forum type dealio.

So, registration now gives you the power to edit peoples comments in the future (you have to be my friend to get that privilege).

I went to bed at 4 AM and when I went offline there were 4 people using the T5 system…crazy…

with the nameservers for many places going all nuts I’m putting up a list of IP addresses that are useful:

student.math.uwaterloo.ca

129.97.204.16

t5.uwaterloo.ca

129.97.32.213

google.ca

216.239.37.100

bacon

129.97.204.93

hmm…that’s about all I can think of that are important…of course, once you get to baocn you can look the rest up

Note: by listing bacon I do not in anyway give preference to that server on the math undergrad computing environment…I know that some of you like rees or landen

I was wondering why my program wasn’t rendering a specific set of Cantor sets and then I remembered that Scheme can handle some pretty large and pretty tiny numbers.

I’d forgotten to tell it to stop reading after a certain number of decimal places and as it turns out, it read 200 or so decimal places (just kept goin in memory)…why 200 or so? Cause I’d set a variable somewhere that contained that value…lol

Anyways, I’m just using exact numbers now…like fractions and Scheme can handle

Ultimate practice was this afternoon and I played like a st00pid 3rd rate player…sorry to all those who tried to catch my crappy passes…

Ultimate was crazy intense tonight…there’s a league in town and it was very challenging…Goooooooooo SCHOOL!!!

I know what type of ring that is so the contest is now over…ha ha

my program is g00d…lots of lines of code in scheme (mred more specifically) to do my 370 assignment…he he…just adding all the options stuff…will post exe after assignment is handed in.

was watching Friends and Saunders was on it…

I suppose I should supply some form of entertainment for you folks…explain to me what and how a quotient ring works along with 5 examples and you shall get a chocolate bar of your choice from the C&D.

My grandparents went back to India today…sniff…sad

I wanted to buy echo.com as they went out of business and I got a reply in the mail:
