I sent an email to XBox tech support with a Windows Media Connect issue I was having. I ended up solving the problem on my own by using a different method of connection but I just received the following reply:

Due to the high demand of the Xbox 360, we are experiencing a backlog of email inquires. If you are still experiencing issues with your Xbox 360 please call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I’m glad to know that the bar in tech support by the industry leader has been set spectacularly high.
