Yeah, I used to be one of them, but part of being one is that eventually you get to complain about them 🙂
On the way back from Ultimate tonight I say a bunch of Frosh kicking over traffic barrels on to the road. This is unacceptable behaviour for one reason and one reason only: It’s not creative. It’s mindless, anybody can kick over a barrel…there’s nothing constructive about it. Say you’d arranged the barrels or made a curve in the road then there’s creativity to it. Which brings me to my point: Energy.

Frosh think they have energy but they actually don’t. All the energy they have is misplaced. There’s a few frosh that are actually creative but not to as great a degree they later become. Frosh need to be molded and need to be given direction.

That’s what frosh week is about, not direction but meeting people that will give you direction. Through direction you focus and grow that energy…which allows you to pull bigger pranks.

That’s what University is about…bigger pranks.
