The eastern Pacific is a different story. Hurricane Douglas has weakened to a tropical storm and that trend will continue until it dies a miserable death over the next couple of days.
How does a tropical storm (or any weather pattern) die a miserable death? What has it not accomplished in its short life? More importantly: it’s not alive…therefor can it die?
