As was predicted in the halls of MC the shuttle will not launch before September…just in time for my visit. Watching a shuttle launch is pretty great. If you get a chance you should check one out.

Of course you need to be able to head down in two weeks. Due to the constricted schedule the crowds aren’t as large as they might be but most launch watchers are just people who happenned to be around.

There are the hardcore types that will find out about the launch two weeks ahead of time and then will make the trip. But that’s only the hardcore types.
